What is collected
Phoning us passes along the caller's number and the date and time of the call. Some calls are recorded, and the recording is kept. Browsing the site records routine analytics: page views, browser and device details.
What it is for
Routing your call to a plumber who covers your address, checking that calls are handled well, and improving these pages. Nobody buys your details from us.
Who receives it
The plumber handling your leak gets what you tell them on the call. Our call-routing and web analytics providers process the data needed to run those services.

To have stored call data about you erased, phone (555) 010-0100.
